Using LovePDF.pro
LovePDF.pro is a free set of PDF tools that run in your browser. You may use it for personal and commercial work. Please do not use it to break the law or to process documents you have no right to use.
Your content
You keep all rights to your files. Because processing happens on your device, you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important documents.
Signatures, redaction and passwords
Signatures added with “Sign PDF” are images placed on the page. They are not certificate-based digital signatures and may not meet legal requirements where a qualified electronic signature is needed.
“Whiteout” in the editor only covers content visually; the text underneath remains in the file. Use “Redact PDF” when information must really be removed, and check the result before sharing.
“Unlock PDF” is meant for files you own or are allowed to open. Do not use it to remove protection from documents you are not authorised to access.
No warranty
LovePDF.pro is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Conversions (for example Word ↔ PDF or OCR) are best-effort and may not reproduce every layout, font or formula exactly. Always review the output.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the service.
Third-party software
LovePDF.pro is built with open-source software, each under its own licence, including pdf-lib, pdf.js, mammoth, html2canvas, KaTeX and the Noto Sans font (SIL Open Font License).
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
